Field Service Controls Technician
Wabash, IN Wabash, IN $30 an hour $30 an hour Pro Resources is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Controls Technician to join our client's team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining complex industrial control systems at customer sites.
The candidate will work on a wide range of systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other types of control devices.

Direct Hire Salary:
$30/hr Position requires travel around the U.
S.
90% of the time
Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and troubleshoot industrial control systems on customer sites.
Conduct preventive maintenance on control systems and diagnose faults to identify any issues.
Provide technical support to customers and train customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of control systems.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and provide timely reports to management.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent- additional technical schooling preferred and/or 2
years of experience with field service and repair of industrial equipment.
At least 3 years of experience in installing and maintaining industrial control systems.
Knowledge of electrical theory, control systems, and programming languages (e.
g.
, ladder logic, structured text).
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members.
Ability to travel; including extended amounts of driving (will travel 90% of the time- all around the U.
S.
) Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
