Position Purpose:
The Tier 3 Coach is responsible for providing direct, individualized program-level support to family childcare programs in the south counties of Indiana (Service Delivery Area -1 & 2:
Adams, Allen, Benton, Blackford, Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Dekalb, Elkhart, Fountain, Fulton, Grant, Howard, Jasper, Jay, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Lake, LaPorte, Marshall, Miami, Noble, Porter, Pulaski, Starke, Steuben, St.
Joseph, Tipton, Tippecanoe, Wabash, Warren, Wells, Wabash, White Whitley, Washington counties) who are either referred by licensing or seeking to improve the quality of their program and will benefit from one-on-one coaching.
This is a remote (home office) position.
Under the supervision of the Statewide Family Childcare Director, the Tier 3 coach is responsible for implementing technical assistance and developing program development plans and quality improvement plans for family childcare home programs.
Scope of Authority/Responsibility:
The employee is expected to contribution to Geminus by developing and coordinating appropriate practices that produce desired program outcomes.
Tier 3 Coach demonstrates professionalism in appearance and actions; handles difficult or stressful situations in a calmly and respectfully; demonstrates fair treatment of others and supports a positive work environment.
Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends.
Travel is required.
Work may require light to moderate lifting.

Remote Minimum Hiring Requirements Academic:
Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and a minimum of 18 credit hours in ECE with at least six at the advanced level
Experience:
5
years' experience in early childhood field OR state awarded preschool teaching certification with experience working with children birth through five.
2
years of experience coaching or providing professional development to early childhood leadership staff.
Pay Range:
Full Time - Exempt - Full Benefits - Salary $53,000.
