Responsibilities include Take and manage service calls and ensure timely response and resolution of customer issuesPerform repairs or preventive maintenance on our products at various client locations Participate in training service technicians, and when required, technical staff in hospitalsHandle customer service requests, including complaints (processes, tools, and documentation)Process orders received for parts or service for Umano Medical productsEnsure follow-up with the customer from request intake to completed repair, ensuring customer satisfactionMaintain documentation of all service cases or service requestsEnsure timely communication of all relevant problems and information received from customers regarding products to the engineering departmentCollaborate with other departments on various projects (related to after-sales service)Assist in the implementation, update, and adherence to various instructions and proceduresSupport the customer relations manager in planning the work of technicians and service clerksProvide technical support to technicians, service clerks, and subcontractors.
Monitor and analyze parts inventoryPerform any other related tasksProfile RequirementsBachelor's degree or college diploma in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent education o 2 to 3 years of experience o Problem-solving skills o Ability to read blueprints o Experience in after-sales service or customer service o Experience in product repair and technical support o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite o Willingness to travel Join a committed and dynamic team within a rapidly growing company.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
