Summary:
Directly responsible for preparing pricing and technical specifications for machine (press) projects. This position also supports the field sales effort for said projects.
ROLE AND
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for reviewing and developing technical equipment specifications and developing a detailed written quotation.
? Provide technical price quotations for approval by the General Manager.
? Produce basic concept sketches for review by customers.
? Manage and monitor a pricing/cost database for quoted projects.
? Must be proficient in equipment selection and design.
? Manage and monitor customer approval drawing process.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education/work-related experience.
? Experience with MS Office, CAD systems, and 3D modeling software.
? Desired familiarity with ladder logic and (Allen Bradley) PLC's
? Good people skills.
? Ability to work independently, in a team environment, and with all levels of management.
? Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
? Ability to understand technical information.
? Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and information.
? Must possess a high level of maturity and exercise sound judgment in all dealings with associations with fellow employees, vendors and customers.
? Ability to travel on short notice.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
